Property for Sale
The R.M. of Miniota requests proposals for the purchase of Lot 18, Block 18, Plan 631 in the LUD of Miniota. The municipality makes no representations or warranties whatsoever concerning the properties being sold and will sell in an “as is” condition.
In the case of purchase of the property the R.M. reserves the right to enter into a development agreement with the purchaser.
The R.M. of Miniota shall have the right to reject the lowest and or all proposals and accept any proposal which they may consider to be in the best interest of the Municipality.
